How Booking Works
Submit Your Inquiry
Tell us about your project– the talent you need, the dates, the location, and the scope. You can request specific dates or a range, and add multiple preferred time slots.
We Collect & Optimize
We gather booking requests over a 72-hour window, then run an automated schedule optimizer against each talent's calendar, travel time buffers, and meal breaks to fit in as many bookings as possible without conflicts.
Confirmation & 20% Deposit
Once a slot is confirmed, you'll sign the Client Booking Agreement and Production Safety Agreement, then pay a 20% non-refundable deposit via Stripe to secure the talent's time.
The Intelligent Call Sheet
There's a place for talent and clients to add additional information about the production up until the day beforehand, which is automatically integrated into an intelligent call sheet covering call time, location, parking, weather, and crew. That way, all parties are on the same page regarding important details on the day of.
Final Balance
The remaining 80% balance is due upon completion of the production or event.
